Step 01: Log in to cPanel using your “username” and “password”.
Step 02: Go to the “Email” section. Then click “Autoresponder”.
Step 03: Then Click “Add Autoresponder”.
Step 04: Choose a character set. utf-8 is the default. Don’t change this parameter; it’s recommended. Specify the interval you wish for the auto-responder to wait between sending response messages to the same email address. Choose the email address, select Domain, then enter the “from” and “subject” you want to show up in the response message.
Step 05: Click the box if your message includes HTML tags. Then, enter the text of your response. You can include tags in the message body. You can also set “start” and “stop” times. Then, click the “Create” button.
